The Ponderosa residence’s design was defined by custom furniture and lighting sourced from around the world – England, Belgium, Vietnam, California, and North Carolina. The project’s complexity was more than just aesthetic, requiring meticulous measurements and adjustments for a flawless fit. Compounding the demanding dynamics of global sourcing, the home was situated in a remote part of Montana – the intricacies of delivery and installation would need flawless coordination.
Our Solution
Our strategy focused on meticulous planning and proactive communication. Our Seattle-based representatives facilitated the creation of custom pieces, ensuring that materials sourced from Europe underwent finishing in the Carolinas before reaching furniture manufacturers. The custom-crafted furniture and lighting then journeyed to Belgrade, Montana, for inspection, storage, and staging for the final leg. At that point, our locally-based moving and installation crews came into play – dependable and dedicated, they saved the client from the pitfalls of rushed jobs and unreliable, out-of-state teams. All this careful planning, collaboration, and execution delivered a beautifully customized project in the heart of Montana.
